What is Crossfit?

It combines weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular movements in workouts designed to get the heart rate elevated, muscles working and your fitness levels improved, so you can lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.
While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, our training programmes are designed to be scalable and achievable for all ages and abilities, making it the perfect application for any committed individual.

Our CROSSFIT classes focus on a wide range of multi-level training methods, that provide workouts that benefit all abilities and ages. Every class has a Fitness & Performance style element so you can choose what tempo suits you.

Our memberships have a commitment period of 1 month (4 weeks) with no sign-up fee, then move to a month-to-month basis.
A Free Trial will be the best option for you, book a Free Trial (£0) and book into any CrossFit class.
There is a 4 week cancellation period (30 days) before your next payment (1st of the month), to cancel you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
