What is Crossfit?
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements, performed at relatively high intensity. It combines weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular movements in workouts designed to get the heart rate elevated, muscles working and your fitness levels improved, so you can lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.
While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, our training programmes are designed to be adaptable and achievable for all ages and abilities, making it the perfect application for anyone.

ADAPTIVE ATHLETE TRAINING
Many strive to be as functionally independent as possible but are often restricted from accessing able-bodied fitness facilities and sports due to their disability or impairment.
Our ‘Adaptive Athlete’ memberships are for individuals with a physical or neurological disorder, amputees, wheelchair users, or any other long-term injuries. You will be able to join our normal daily classes that focus on developing your lifelong health, wellbeing, and fitness.
CrossFit is unique to other sports because it can be tailored to the individual needs and capabilities through our structured programming, which uses various skill combinations and devices/equipment.
In addition, CrossFit brings together like-minded people who enjoy the process of becoming stronger and healthier regardless of disability or impairment, providing a community of support for each individual.
The atmosphere and energy during a workout with a group of people are like no other sport, with everyone supporting and cheering until the last person finishes. CrossFit not only improves health fitness and independence but also builds friendships and social interactions that can transfer into everyday life.
