Kids & Teens Fitness Programme
Our programme is fantastic for building self-confidence in young people, whether they’re already active in sport or just starting out.
We scale movement, load, and intensity to suit the individual—this is not a one-size-fits-all gym. Our Kids & Teens Fitness classes are for everyone, regardless of experience or athletic ability. The goal is to ignite a lifelong passion for healthy, active living while developing positive habits and character along the way.
Monday – Wednesday – Friday
15:45 – 16:15 – Aged 3 – 7yrs
16:15 – 16:45 – Aged 8 – 12yrs
16:45 – 17:30 – Aged 13 – 17yrs
Kids & Teens Fitness: 5-17yrs – 1 Class – £36/month*
This package allows access to 1 class per week (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). These FUN functional fitness classes filled with key activities will show, support, and teach your child the importance of keeping fit and healthy.
Kids & Teens Fitness: 5-17yrs – 2 Classes – £50/month*
This package allows access to 2 weekly classes (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). These FUN functional fitness classes filled with key activities will show, support, and teach your child the importance of keeping fit and healthy.

This package allows access to all 3 weekly classes (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). These FUN functional fitness classes filled with key activities will show, support, and teach your child the importance of keeping fit and healthy.

Kids Fitness
Our programme encompasses a variety of activities, enabling kids and teens to develop a solid foundation in functional movements—including running, jumping, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, and carrying.
We embody these principles of movement every week across all our age group classes.
But that’s not all; our Kids & Teens have the opportunity to learn and play through movement, teamwork, and an inclusive community. Enhancing their listening, communication, and social skills in a fun, safe and stimulating environment.
Healthy, active children who love to challenge themselves physically and mentally is what we pride our service on. We encourage confidence, kindness, discipline, and determination to help our kids & teens feel happy and confident about their body and how to use it.
