Our Fitness programme offers a diverse range of functional movements tailored to suit all fitness levels. By integrating elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular exercises, our workouts are designed to elevate your heart rate, engage your muscles, and enhance your overall fitness, empowering you to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.
While our programme can test the world’s fittest, our training programmes are designed to be scalable and achievable for all ages and abilities, making it the perfect application for any committed individual.

This is our premium membership and combines both Fitness All-In & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu All-In into one great package. You will also have full access to our state-of-the-art gym during our OPEN gym hours. PLUS gain FREE access to any of our matted studio classes and workshops.
Platinum members receive a 15% discount in our SQ Store and Cafe.

SQ Fitness Programme FAQs
Our memberships have a commitment period of 1 month (4 weeks) with no sign-up fee, then move to a month-to-month basis.
A Free Trial will be the best option for you, book a Free Trial (£0) and book into any Fitness class.
There is a 4 week cancellation period (30 days) before your next payment (1st of the month), to cancel you must send an email to info@southernquarter.com
