Kids & Teens CrossFit Programme
Our programme is great for building self-confidence for young people whether they participate in sport regularly or not at all.
We scale movement, load, and intensity effectively – we are not a one size fits all gym. CrossFit kids & Teens is for ALL, regarding of athletic ability, our goal is to ignite a passion for healthy active living and build good qualities and characteristics along the way.
Monday – Wednesday – Friday
15:45 – 16:15 – Aged 3 – 7yrs
16:15 – 16:45 – Aged 8 – 12yrs
16:45 – 17:30 – Aged 13 – 17yrs
Kids CrossFit – 3 – 12yrs: 1 Class – £36/month*
This package allows access to one class per week (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). These FUN functional fitness classes filled with key activities will show, support, and teach your child the importance of keeping fit and healthy.

Kids CrossFit
Our programme incorporates a mixture of modalities where our kids & teens build the foundation of good quality functional movement – everything from running, jumping, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing & throwing.
We embody these principles of movement on a weekly basis across all our age group classes.
But that’s not all; our Kids & Teens have the opportunity to learn and play through movement, teamwork, and an inclusive community. Enhancing their listening, communication, and social skills in a fun, safe and stimulating environment.
Healthy active children who love to challenge themselves physically and mentally is what we pride our service on. We encourage confidence, kindness, discipline, and determination to help our kids & teens feel happy and confident about their body and how to use it.
