What is L.I.F.E?
L.I.F.E. stands for ‘LOW IMPACT FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE’.
Its aim is to demonstrate that no one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from the basic CrossFit principles of utilising a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality of their lives.
Safe and effective workouts
L.I.F.E. offers safe, effective workouts in a more ’tapered’ version of CrossFit.
With more emphasis on mobility and staying functional for longer, it relies less on intensity and competition, meaning this could be the perfect class for you.


L.I.F.E. classes
There are 3 classes per week and no foundation course is required to participate in L.I.F.E.
This class isn’t for drop-ins or passes.
