L.I.F.E. stands for ‘LOW IMPACT FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE’.
L.I.F.E. is a programme designed to show that fitness has no age limit or starting point. Through expertly coached classes, participants of all fitness levels engage in a variety of functional movements to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being, proving that everyone can benefit from exercise.

With more emphasis on mobility and staying functional for longer, it relies less on intensity and competition, meaning this could be the perfect class for you.
