*Thursday- Skill development and targeted training: Whiteboard workout will be skill-specific, predominantly being a more gymnastic-driven day. Whether this is breaking the skill down into its components, developing foundational strength, or even throwing the high skill into a workout environment with skill breakdown, building towards this over the session.

L.I.F.E. Fitness
L.I.F.E. (Low-Impact Functional Exercise) is our gentle, confidence-building training session designed for seniors and anyone looking for a supportive, lower-intensity workout.
Each class focuses on functional movement, balance, mobility, and strength – helping you stay active, capable, and energised in everyday life.
With a friendly atmosphere and expert coaching, L.I.F.E. offers a safe, welcoming space to move well, feel good, and build lasting fitness at your own pace.
SQ Fitness FAQs
Our memberships have a commitment period of 1 month (4 weeks) with no sign-up fee, then move to a month-to-month basis.
A Free Trial will be the best option for you, book a Free Trial (£0) and book into any Fitness class.
There is a 4 week cancellation period (30 days) before your next payment (1st of the month), to cancel you must send an email to info@southernquarter.com
